Diesel Mechanic
Currently hiring for full-time diesel mechanics. Position involves performing repairs and maintenance on tractors, trucks, tractor trailers, forklifts, and other farm equipment. Multiple positions available.
Benefits:

Requirements:
- Minimum three years of experience working with heavy duty vehicles and equipment
- Strong working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems
- Must be able to work independently and be able to communicate effectively with other shop employees
- Must have own hand tools
- Clean driving record
- Stable work history and ability to provide prior employer references
Local/Regional Truck Drivers
Currently hiring for full-time truck drivers. Primarily local route driving with occasional regional deliveries of less than 150 miles. Cargo will be primarily water (local) or produce (regional). Home daily. Multiple positions available.

Requirements:
- Must have CDL Class A License

Forklift Operators
Currently hiring for full-time forklift operators. Unloading and loading tractor trailers, organizing pallets on dock or in warehouse, assisting with packing lines. Multiple positions available.

- Wage commensurate with experience
- $150 signing bonus

Requirements:
- Cautious driver with attention to detail
- Involves double and triple stacked bins and pallets with watermelons, corn, peppers, and more
- Must be reliable, organized, and be able to effectively communicate with other farm employees
- Experience preferred but not necessary
